This will be the only place to find information on the interest list, timing of when apartments will be coming available, and any other information needed for the affordable housing units. Taormina Family Apartments will consist of 135 affordable units. Of those 135 units, the breakdown is as follows: 63 1 bedrooms, 37 2 bedroom units and 35 3 bedroom units. The AMI (average medium income) will be 30%, 50%, 60% and 80%. This income level is based on the HUD income limits and can be found on the HUD website. 1 bedroom rents will range from $846-$2397, 2 bedroom rents will range from $1006- $2868 and 3 bedroom rents will range from $1149-$3300 for the smallest and lowest AMI to the largest and highest AMI. Rents are subject to change.
